Sigma Gestión Universitaria is an association of universities that transforms university data management needs by means of an integrated computer tools solution, to provide support for the whole university administration process.

 

Sigma Gestión Universitaria arose from the interest of various universities in bringing together the needs of data management and administrative procedures and turning them into a set of modules that provide solutions to emerging and changing problems in the university environment.

Sigma Gestión Universitaria has been developing data management and taking part in the region’s leading solutions in University environment for more than fifteen years, working in the areas of educational planning, academic management, comprehensive management of continuous training, administration of educational resources, personnel development and training and comprehensive research management.

The Sigma Gestión Universitaria's mission came about as a result of the development and support of management systems for universities, including software implementation, maintenance, development and support for modules that form part of the association’s solutions. It also provides a design for new functionalities that enable universities to adapt to the new European space and to future needs that may arise. This all takes place with the co-operation of and near the administrative campus, in order to obtain the best practices required by each university that is a member of the association.
