Following the success of the Android application, more than 25 thousand students at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid can now consult their grades using Apple devices.
22 December 2011. Starting this week, students at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) can consult their academic records using iPhone devices thanks to an application created by SIGMA Gestión Universitaria in collaboration with the universities.
Last May, SIGMA Gestión Universitaria launched the ‘grade check’ application for mobile devices using the Android operating system. This application is now available to students of the UAM, the Public University of Navarra, Pompeu Fabra University and the University of Valladolid.
Following the success of this launch, SIGMA has designed a specific application for iPhone and iPad, which allowed students to access academic data for all the subjects for which they are registered via a personal ID screen.
The application is free and can be downloaded from the Apple Store. Students can check their grades quickly, easily and conveniently as soon as they have been validated by the tutor. Once connected, all registered subjects can be viewed along with the exams dates, results date and the results themselves. Subjects can also be selected to find out the grade, the date of the grade, the exam date, number of credits, subject type, and the date, time and place of the examination reviews.
