Unión de las universidades españolas para competir en el mercado global

El pasado martes, 16 de marzo, el Secretario General de Universidades, Màrius Rubiralta, lanzó el mensaje de que la estrategia futura de las universidades pasa por las agregaciones. El Ministerio de Educación respalda la vía de unos campus que supongan “la agregación de instituciones por proyectos comunes”.

La Red Universitaria de Educación de Postgrado y Educación Permanente (RUEPEP), organizó en la ciudad de Vigo las IX jornadas.

Creada en 2001 para aunar esfuerzos en torno a la educación de postgrado y formación permanente, recientemente ha culminado el proceso de constitución como asociación a la cual ya pueden adherirse tanto universidades públicas como privadas y otro tipo de sociedades del sector.

EAIR Forum Valencia 2010

SIGMA Gestión Universitaria sponsored the EAIR Forum Valencia 2010, that has been celebrated from 1st to 4th of september.

The aim of the 32nd EAIR Forum VALENCIA 2010 was to bring EAIR members together to discuss and explore the current challenges of higher education and the potential answers to these challenges. The main subject was the link between higher education and society.

On 22 June a meeting of the RS³G (Rome Student Systems and Standards Group) was held as part of the EUNIS 2010 Conference (http://www.eunis.pl) in Warsaw (Poland).

SIGMA University Management took part in the Sector Values seminar which took place on 26 May at the CaixaForum in Barcelona. The event formed part of the “Culture of Work” project organised by the BCN Professional Training Foundation with the support of the “La Caixa Foundation” and the involvement of the Barcelona Education Consortium and the Barcelona Municipal Institute of Education.
