The autonomy of universities, as well as their need to make progress in data management depending on their specific characteristics, lead to an adjustment of the additional services provided in terms of information technology:

Consulting Services which provide advice and support for planning needs in the data management field and the use of information technologies as well as in the specific initiatives arising from planning, accompanying the various areas and services in the institution.
Development projects necessary to cover all the management in a specific field, in a specific administration area, which complement or are integrated into the software solution.
Systems integration which covers the services aimed at improving the university’s performance by the implementation of technical solutions and advanced information systems.
Help-Desk Service
Training services enabling institutions to deal with continuous changes in data management and in human resources.
A commitment to quality in the software development process by means of widely accepted methodologies in the information technologies and software solution services sectors.

SIGMA Gestión Universitaria takes part in the RS3G Steering Committee

During the 26^th and 27^th of January SIGMA Gestión Universitaria has taken part in the new meeting of the rs3g Steering Committee held by the University of Malaga.

The first task of the meeting was to review the vision and mission statements with the aim of giving a more open definition of the possible participants and emphasizing the need to contribute to the definition of standards at a European level.
