| Comisión de ATLAS en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid |

Los días 3 y 4 de marzo se celebró en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid la Comisión de ATLAS. Se presentaron los avances realizados durante 2008 y 2009 en las aplicaciones que cubren las áreas de Oferta Académica y Ordenación Docente para universidades, la gestión de reservas de sus recursos y la generación de encuestas vía WEB. También se presentaron los nuevos desarrollos a realizar durante 2010, con una posterior sesión abierta, donde las universidades destacaron las líneas de actuación más prioritarias a acometer para su gestión. Asistieron al evento la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, la Universidad de Córdoba, la Universitat Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona y la Universidad Pública de Navarra. ATLAS forma parte de la Suite de Soluciones Sigma para la gestión de universidades.

| SIGMA Gestión Universitaria takes part in the RS3G Steering Committee |
During the 26th and 27th of January SIGMA Gestión Universitaria has taken part in the new meeting of the rs3g Steering Committee held by the University of Malaga. The first task of the meeting was to review the vision and mission statements with the aim of giving a more open definition of the possible participants and emphasizing the need to contribute to the definition of standards at a European level. |

| More collaboration between the Ministry and the Alianza 4 Universidades |
The Ministry of Education, Social Policy and Sports and the association “Alianza 4 universidades", have signed an agreement for the exchange of information between the Observatory for the Monitoring of Research Activities at Spanish Universities (IUNE) and the Integrated University Information System (SIIU), relating to indicators of scientific activity carried out within the Spanish university system. |

| Workshop on CRIS and repositories |
On 10 November the GrandIR Workshop on CRIS (Current Research Information Systems) was held in Barcelona. SIGMA Gestión Universitaria took an active part with the paper: 'The gradual implementation of the CERIF standard in the design of integrated systems of research management'. |
