During the 26^th and 27^th of January SIGMA Gestión Universitaria has taken part in the new meeting of the rs3g Steering Committee held by the University of Malaga.

The first task of the meeting was to review the vision and mission statements with the aim of giving a more open definition of the possible participants and emphasizing the need to contribute to the definition of standards at a European level.

The second matter to discuss, and the main one, was the agenda preparation for the next RS³G workshop, which will be celebrated the 17^th of April in Groningen (Netherland) organized by DUO (the Executive Education Agency of the Netherlands Ministry of Education, Culture and Science), and co-located with the Digital Student Data Depositories Worldwide
Founding Global Seminar planned for the 16^th.

The Committee agreed the workshop to have a common session during the morning and two parallel sessions on the afternoon. The morning session will be focused on reviewing the general aspects of the group and presenting the current projects: the Mobility Project, the ELMO Project and the Diploma Register while the two afternoon sessions will have two different approaches: one from the technical side and another from the political side.

Finally the Committee also invested some time to comment the state-of-the-art of the rest of the projects in which people from RS³G is involved before closing the session.
